Subject Costs

Te Puke High School will be part of the government donation scheme in 2023 and as such, materials fees and a school donation are not charged to students.

Any field trips, sports teams, camps, or extra-curricular activities involved with Outdoor Education however will be charged as they arise.

For subjects where students produce a project (e.g. Mini Motor Bikes), there will be a charge. All items produced by students in class remain the property of TPHS unless purchased by parents/caregivers before they are able to take their project home.

In the case of genuine financial hardship, an application can be made in confidence to the Principal for financial assistance towards costs. Hardship application forms are available from the School Reception.

Invitations to attend the School Ball for Year 12 & 13 students are conditional on full payment of all outstanding costs. Likewise, invitations to attend Year 10 camps require the full payment of all costs beforehand.
