A compulsory Life Skills course including both practical and theoretical aspects. Learners will collaborate and demonstrate an understanding of a range of interpersonal and self-management skills. This will be achieved through a variety of sporting situations as well as the “Sport Education” model. Student’s will also explore and develop strategies through critical thinking for promoting positive sexuality.
Students will also participate in a career course which offers essential life skills to assist students in making informed career decisions in the future. It entails researching future career options, planning a career pathway including assistance with subject selection, exploring employee rights in the workplace and the option to participate in a day’s work experience.
